WEDNESDAY JUNE 15

3:30 - 6 PM Sound Bath Experience in Skeleton Park

From 3:30 to 4:30 PM, ask questions and hear the various instruments at Side Stage 2. Parents and kids are welcome!
From 4:30 to 6 PM, join in on the Sound Bath experience.

What you’ll need:
- a yoga mat or something to lay on in the park
- eye cover or pillow
- a blanket
- water or tea
- anything else you need to be as comfortable as possible

7-9 PM Film Screening: Onhwéntsya táhnon Onkwawén:na / Aki miinawaa Gdi-nowendaaganag (Land and Language)

A film by Josh Lyon and Shelby Lisk. This event is in collaboration with the Kingston Indigenous Languages Nest. Co-presented by the Kingston Canadian Film Festival.

Meet the Kingston Freestyle Dance team, each dancer teaching a designated style.
Try different styles or focus on learning one style. Focus will mainly be on “Popping” and “Breaking”. **All levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) are welcome.
