SPAF 2020 co-presents an online screening of Keyboard Fantasies, a documentary film on the life and nearly-lost music of trans elder musician Beverly Glenn-Copeland. A singer-songwriter working in obscurity while performing for 25 years on the children’s show Mr. Dressup, Glenn Copeland was given a second-chance at sharing his art when tapes of his 1986 electronic pop album Keyboard Fantasies developed an online following.
Join us for a watch party of this new film and stick around for a conversation afterwards with SPAF Board Member Clarke Mackey, Glenn, and director Posy Dixon.
This film screening is a co-presentation with Kingston Pride, Kingston Canadian Film Festival, ReelOut and The Screening Room.
