With concerts at a standstill during the global pandemic, KPP launched its 20th anniversary project, KPP AT 20, during the summer of 2021. The project invited some of KPP’s favourite local musicians to safely record at The Spire with pro audio and video engineers. The end product is the KPP AT 20 album and video collection - a beautiful example of collaboration, resiliency and emerging local music to keep on your radar!
In conjunction with the KPP AT 20 20th anniversary project, photographer Virginia Maria Meeks was invited to attend the recording sessions and take photos of the contributing artists. From these photos was created the KPP AT 20 exhibition, on view this fall at the Elm Café.
